Nathan Edwin Akers was born on September 8, 1992 in Augusta, Georgia. He grew up in Beaufort, South Carolina and graduated from Beaufort Academy in 2011. In 2015, he graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in History. Mr. Akers received his Juris Doctor degree from Elon University School of Law in December 2017. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May 2018 and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina in February 2019. Mr. Akers focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense litigation, medical malpractice, and construction litigation.
